It isn't that our desires are unworthy to express to God in prayer. He is our loving and compassionate Father, and he listens to all we say with a kind and wise heart. But he knows better than we do what we need—and better yet, he desires things for us that we may not even desire for ourselves.

Here's What I Like... I like to see beautiful smiles Upon everyone’s face, To know that everyone is happy And in a good place. I like the sweet cooings Of all the wonderful babies; Teach them the Word of God To keep them out of Hades. I like to see the sun rise And then to watch it go down; Gives us another chance To view that ‘Glory’ crown. I like my car, good music, and the color blue. I like the ocean, all animals, And I especially like you.
