INSPIRE TO BE

As I was driving around a few weeks ago, the thought hit me that I may not be on earth as many years as I have already been on earth. Then a second thought hit me that when speakers refer to "the next generation" I am not in this age group. I am therefore in the season of life where the best use of my time and resources will be to build an infrastructure for our city that will endure long after I am no longer here. Then the most astounding thought hit me. Did you realize that it is an incredible privilege that God has allowed us to build an endowment for biblical training? Not everyone gets to leave something lasting that will affect the spiritual future of women for generations to come. What Inspire Women has done is to build a foundation that has a life of its own. Long after we are no longer on earth, what we have built together will endure for the women forever. What's even more incredible is that as the vision of Inspire Women travels, the names of those who are part of the endowment in Houston will serve as a historical document of God's faithful saints who believed in the vision and built where no others dared to tread.
